Our FASS IT team provides applications and systems administration support across the VPFA portfolio for various unit-specific and university-wide systems. We strive to meet our partners' needs with zero unplanned outages. 

Systems Administration
Our team provides comprehensive system administration support to ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical services. This includes 24/7 monitoring and management of server systems, implementation of security and backup protocols, and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding system status and outages. Support extends to specialized systems including CPFM building automation, Utilities and Energy systems, and servers supporting the University of Oregon Police Department.
Application Support
We provide application support to several VPFA units through performance monitoring, technical assistance with upgrades and module implementation, and clear communication around system status and outages. Support includes user training and for a wide range of specialized software used by departments such as UOPD, CPFM, Transportation Services, Safety and Risk Services, and Printing Services.
