My job is to support faculty members (referred to as Principal Investigators or PIs in the grant world) in their quest to obtain and efficiently use grant funding. This involves both pre-award help as a grant proposal is prepared for submission to a funding agency, as well as post-award support if the grant is actually funded. Yully and I act as a link between our partner units and Sponsored Projects Services, the UO department which must approve and administer all grants received by UO faculty.  One of my favorite aspects of the job is learning about the wide range of projects these amazing Principal Investigators are working on.

I am one of the Research Administrative Coordinators or DGAs at PAST. Alisa and I are working closely together administering grants from Pre-Award to Post-Award. We are happy to help with any questions, concerns, or assistance you may have related to grants.
