I am writing with an update on our full transition to the TeamDynamix (TDX) request platform. Effective July 21st, the BOSS Smartsheet intake form will be retired. TDX intake forms will be available for all business operations services, with the exception of Travel, which we anticipate migrating by the end of summer.
To ensure your requests are handled as efficiently as possible, we encourage you to bookmark your unit's workspace on the FASS website. This is your one-stop resource for everything you need — submission links for all services, team contact information, budget authority/approver details, and quick-reference guides to help you navigate our partnership.
We'll be hosting trainings throughout July and August to walk you through the new TDX system and review processes. If you would like to attend a training, please complete the FASS Service Experience Training form to indicate your availability. If you're unable to attend a live session, recordings and updated guides will be available – all accessible from your department workspace.
